Our digital tools in the Permanent Collections

The Photography Museum has been embracing the digital transition for several years,. With 100,000 photographs and 1.5 million negatives stored in a storage room, the museum has sought to reverse the trend by giving access to invisible heritage.

FototekIA: an immersive and personalized exploration powered by AI

FototekIA is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to make the collections accessible in an immersive and interactive way. Thanks to AI, each image is analyzed in detail (objects, colors, emotions), enabling visitors to adjust their level of exploration to reveal hidden meanings. FototekIA also creates an interactive visual galaxy where photos are organized by similarities, inviting a personal and surprising discovery.
